Interpretation of Anthony DeFrancisci's vision of "Lady Liberty", which first appeared on the U.S. Peace silver dollars from 1921 through 1935. This concept was conceived by the coin company of Kagin's in 1983 for the official American Numismatic Association auction. The image was placed on the front cover of the auction catalog. Kagin's commissioned Peter Max, the well known artist from the 1960's and 70's to create his version of DeFrancisci's rendition.
